Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company in the vaccines sector, was in the advanced stages of preparing for the launch of a groundbreaking, game-changing vaccine. Seeking to ensure they were on the right track, they turned to Trilations for an external assessment of their launch readiness.
Through our Competitive Leadership program, we conducted a comprehensive evaluation and found that while the client was excelling in some areas, they fell short of achieving Trilations’ launch excellence benchmarks in several critical aspects.
Collaborating closely with the launch team, we developed a multidimensional action plan to address these gaps. Our efforts focused on refining brand messaging, strengthening objection-handling strategies, and establishing a robust Key Opinion Leader (KOL) program. Armed with this action plan, the team executed with precision, leading to a marked improvement in HCP perceptions 6 months later. As a result, the client met nearly all launch benchmarks, positioning them for a highly successful product debut.
