We are currently looking for a Young Professional to strengthen our Market Strategies team!
What can you expect?
As a Market Research Analyst at our headquarters in Kontich, you will primarily support our senior research consultants in carrying out fact-based consulting assignments. Together with a team of enthusiastic consultants, you will be responsible for coordinating advanced market research and consulting projects from start-up through to the delivery of recommendations to the client.
These projects are carried out for leading clients in the pharmaceutical sector around the world.
Who are we looking for?
You have a master’s degree and are eager to further develop your expertise in market research and sales and marketing processes.
Initial work experience, preferably in market research, is a plus, but not required. Doctoral experience is also definitely considered relevant.
Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required.
You have a strong interest in AI tools, data analysis, and innovative research methods, and you are eager to explore how these applications can contribute to more efficient market research, deeper analysis, and stronger client recommendations.
Knowledge of SPSS is a major plus.
Knowledge of statistical software packages such as SPSS, R, and/or Python is a major plus.
You are fluent in English. Dutch, Spanish, French, or another language is an added advantage.
Your analytical mindset, flexibility, empathy, and presentation skills are important for performing this role successfully.
You live in Belgium or are willing to relocate to Belgium in the short term on your own initiative.
