About the role

• You’ll work closely with your client to pinpoint the most efficient way to set up their internal processes, such as:

  • Accepting Non-Life products

  • Optimizing claim handling

  • Setting up and improving data capture and availability

  • Setting up automated process mining

• You’ll be in direct contact with the company, including their IT department.

• You’ll present your findings and improvement proposals to management, working to secure buy-in to implement changes.

• You’ll collaborate with technical implementation partners.

• You’ll guide and support our junior colleagues, making an active contribution to growing our team.

• You’ll help us to further develop our Banking & Insurance knowledge, enabling Trilations to set the standard within the Belgian market.

What you’ll bring to the table

• More than five years’ experience in a banking or insurance consultancy role.

• Proven ability to analyze and improve processes.

• The ability to collaborate with users and colleagues, as well as providing technical support.

• Your interest in BI tools (Power BI, QlikView, SAP BI), perhaps with hands-on experience.

• Your ability to clearly document processes.

• Your drive to closely follow technical innovation and trends in the sector.
