About the role
You’ll be working with clients who are responsible for sales and marketing within leading companies in the pharmaceutical sector, both at home and abroad.
As a consultant, you’ll work closely with the client’s team, supporting them in translating their business challenges into concrete projects, conducting analyses, gaining insights into market and customer profiles, making strategic decisions and putting them into practice.
You’ll gain key insights from the analysis of business processes, interviews and workshops with business experts, and sometimes from market research data.
You’ll build strong, long-term working relationships with companies. You’ll work to become their trusted partner, both for current and future projects.
What you’ll bring to the table
A Master’s degree and at least three years’ experience in consultancy, market research or a pharma company. Doctoral experience is also considered.
A solid, substantive knowledge of the pharma sector, or a demonstrable interest in it.
Strategic and operational experience in omnichannel marketing with CRM systems, and experience in campaign and project management.
A good understanding of the use of digital solutions within the pharmaceutical industry (e.g. eDetailing, websites, mobile, campaign management, etc) and knowledge of Salesforce.com/Veeva.
Knowledge of leading analysis packages, such as SPSS or SAS, is certainly an advantage.
