Job Description
You will work with sales and marketing managers within leading companies in the pharmaceutical sector, both domestically and internationally.
As a consultant, you will closely collaborate with the client's team. Your role is to support them in translating their business challenges into concrete projects, conducting analyses, gaining insights into market and customer profiles, making strategic decisions, and implementing them in practice.
You will provide the necessary insights through the analysis of business processes, interviews, workshops with business experts, and possibly by interpreting market research data.
You will build strong long-term relationships with your clients, becoming their trusted partner for future opportunities.
Profile
You hold a master's degree and have at least 3 years of experience in consultancy, market research, or within a pharmaceutical company; doctoral experience will also be considered.
You possess substantial knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector or demonstrate a strong interest in it.
Familiarity with leading analytical tools such as SPSS or SAS is definitely an advantage.
You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French being highly desirable.
Your analytical mindset, flexibility, empathy, and presentation skills are essential for performing your job effectively.
To quickly establish a trust-based relationship with clients, you must be assertive and communicative.
Knowledge and experience in market research or sales and marketing processes is a plus.
